Hi, I’m Clarice Cawood - Charleston Realtor and proud Lowcountry local for the past 14 years. Originally from Knoxville, I made Charleston home while searching for the perfect place to raise my family, and it’s been the right fit ever since.
With 25 years of experience in the housing industry, I bring a strategic, hands-on approach to every client, with a special focus on new construction, renovation opportunities, and uncovering off-market homes. Ranked in the top 2% of Charleston Realtors®, I’ve spent the past 7 years at Carolina One and have closed more than $175 million across 135+ transactions. My goal is simple: to help you make confident, well-informed decisions and find a place that truly feels like home.
When I’m not working, I’m deeply involved in our community through organizations like Meals on Wheels, The Gift of Adoption Fund, Will Strong Foundation, The Hearing and Speech Foundation, and Young Life. I’m a mom to two teenagers, married to my husband Drew, and you’ll usually find us at a volleyball court or traveling, especially to our favorite spot, St. John.

Hi, I’m Jason Moyer. With deep roots in the Lowcountry and a career built on precision, trust, and results, I bring a strategic approach to real estate.
I’ve called Charleston home for more than 26 years and graduated from Charleston Southern University, where I spent four years competing on the Division I Men’s Golf Team. After graduating, I continued serving the program as an Assistant Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach. Those years on the course helped shape the discipline, focus, and leadership that continue to guide my professional life today.
Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than 20 years in corporate sales, including the last decade specializing in technology financing for major banks such as TCF and Huntington National Bank. Negotiating and closing large-scale enterprise deals—often involving complex documentation, detailed pricing structures, and high-level decision-makers—gave me a strong foundation in contracts, strategy, and client advocacy.
Giving back to the community is also important to me. My wife, Amy, and I actively support East Cooper Meals on Wheels, HALOS, and Folds of Honor. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I’m proud of our blended family, which includes three stepchildren—Monica, Jackie, and Skyler—and three grandchildren—Bennett, Brady, and Harper.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me on the golf course or traveling with Amy, enjoying everything the Lowcountry lifestyle has to offer.
